Learner Policy & Responsibilities
WFDP Academy is committed to providing a professional, accessible and internationally oriented learning environment that supports knowledge development, professional skills and continuous learning.
Learners share responsibility for maintaining the integrity, quality and security of this environment.
This policy outlines the general responsibilities of individuals enrolled in or participating in WFDP Academy courses, programs and learning activities.
Learners are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating and maintaining a WFDP Academy account.
Information used for course records and certificates should accurately identify the learner.
Where necessary for the integrity of a program or credential, WFDP Academy may request reasonable information to verify a learner’s identity or eligibility.
Each WFDP Academy account is intended for use by the registered learner.

Activity conducted through a learner’s account may be treated as activity associated with that account unless circumstances indicate otherwise.
Learners are responsible for reviewing the requirements applicable to each course or program in which they enroll.

Enrollment alone does not guarantee successful completion or certification.
Learners must complete educational activities honestly and in accordance with the WFDP Academy Academic Integrity & Code of Conduct.
Cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized assistance, false participation, manipulation of course progress or assessments, and having another person complete work on behalf of a learner are prohibited.
Where artificial intelligence or other technological tools are used, learners remain responsible for complying with the requirements of the relevant course or assessment.
WFDP Academy serves an international learning community.
Learners are expected to communicate respectfully with instructors, other learners, Academy personnel and institutional partners.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive behavior, deliberate disruption or other conduct that materially interferes with the learning environment is not acceptable.
Course materials are provided for authorized educational use.
Unless expressly permitted, learners may not reproduce, publish, sell, redistribute, upload or commercially exploit protected WFDP Academy course materials.
Use of educational content is also subject to the WFDP Academy Intellectual Property & Content Use Policy.
Learners are responsible for completing assessments according to the instructions and conditions established for the relevant course.
WFDP Academy may review assessment or learning activity where reasonable concerns arise regarding academic integrity, identity verification or the validity of course completion.
Where a course is eligible for certification, learners must satisfy the applicable requirements before a certificate or credential may be issued.
Learners are responsible for ensuring that the personal information displayed on their account is accurate before certificate issuance.
Certificates must not be altered, falsified or represented in a misleading manner.
Certificate issuance and use are additionally governed by the WFDP Academy Certificate & Credential Policy.
Where fees apply, learners are responsible for reviewing the applicable price and enrollment information before completing a transaction.
Refund requests are governed by the WFDP Academy Refund Policy and any specific conditions applicable to the relevant course or service.
Learners should use authorized WFDP Academy payment channels when making payments associated with Academy services.
Because WFDP Academy operates through a digital learning environment, learners are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, compatible devices and other technology reasonably necessary to participate in online courses.
Availability and performance may also depend on internet providers, devices and third-party technologies outside WFDP Academy’s direct control.
Learners should maintain a valid email address and review relevant communications associated with their WFDP Academy account.
Important communications may concern enrollment, account security, course activities, certificates, payments or changes affecting Academy services.
Learners are expected to respect the privacy of instructors, other learners and members of the Academy community.
Personal information obtained through participation in Academy activities must not be collected, disclosed or used improperly.
WFDP Academy’s handling of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy.
Learners are encouraged to report technical problems, accessibility barriers, suspected academic misconduct, certificate issues or inappropriate behavior through official WFDP Academy support or contact channels.
Providing sufficient information about the issue will assist the Academy in reviewing and addressing the matter.
Failure to comply with applicable Academy policies may result in measures appropriate to the circumstances.
These may include a warning, requirement to repeat an activity or assessment, restriction of certain platform functions, invalidation of course completion, suspension or termination of account access, or revocation of a certificate or credential where justified.
WFDP Academy will seek to apply such measures fairly and proportionately.
WFDP Academy may update this policy periodically to reflect developments in its programs, technologies, learning environment or institutional requirements.
By participating in WFDP Academy courses and services, learners are expected to act responsibly, maintain academic integrity and contribute to a professional and respectful international learning community.
