Academic Integrity & Code of Conduct
WFDP Academy is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful and trustworthy learning environment. All learners, instructors and other participants are expected to uphold high standards of academic integrity and responsible conduct when using the Academy’s learning platform, courses, assessments, certificates and related services.
Learners are expected to complete coursework, assessments and other learning activities honestly and in accordance with the requirements of each course.
Academic misconduct may include, but is not limited to:
Where external sources, tools or materials are permitted, learners are expected to use them responsibly and provide appropriate acknowledgement where required.
All participants are expected to communicate and interact respectfully and professionally.
WFDP Academy does not tolerate harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive behavior, deliberate disruption of learning activities or other conduct that may compromise the safety, dignity or learning experience of others.
Users must not use the Academy platform to distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, offensive or unauthorized content.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their WFDP Academy account.
Accounts, login credentials, assessment access and individual learning records must not be transferred, shared or used by another person.
Users are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts and should immediately report suspected unauthorized access or misuse.
Learners must comply with the assessment, participation and completion requirements established for each course or program.
Where identity verification, minimum participation, assessment scores or other requirements apply, successful completion and certification may depend upon satisfying those requirements.
WFDP Academy reserves the right to review learning records or assessment activity where there are reasonable concerns regarding academic integrity or the validity of course completion.
Certificates and other credentials issued by WFDP Academy are intended to recognize verified participation, completion or achievement in accordance with the applicable program requirements.
Users must not alter, falsify, reproduce fraudulently or misrepresent any WFDP Academy certificate, credential, verification record or achievement.
The Academy may review, invalidate or revoke a certificate or credential where it was obtained through fraud, academic misconduct, misrepresentation or a material violation of applicable requirements.
Course materials, videos, assessments, presentations, graphics, documents and other educational content made available through WFDP Academy may be protected by intellectual property rights.
Access to such materials does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, publish, redistribute or commercially exploit them unless expressly authorized.
Where a possible violation of this Code is identified, WFDP Academy may review the relevant circumstances and information before determining an appropriate response.
Depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, actions may include a warning, requirement to repeat an assessment or learning activity, restriction of platform privileges, invalidation of course completion, suspension or termination of an account, or revocation of a certificate or credential.
WFDP Academy will seek to apply such measures fairly and proportionately.
Learners and instructors are encouraged to report suspected academic misconduct, misuse of credentials, inappropriate behavior or other violations through the official WFDP Academy support or contact channels.
Reports should contain sufficient information to enable an appropriate review.
WFDP Academy may update this Academic Integrity & Code of Conduct periodically to reflect developments in its programs, technologies, academic standards or institutional requirements.
Continued use of WFDP Academy services following an update is subject to the version of this Code then in effect.
By participating in WFDP Academy courses and services, users are expected to respect these principles and contribute to a learning environment founded on integrity, professionalism, respect and responsible development.
